Liquid soda

Liquid Soda
50% pure liquid soda is an alkaline odourless salt with white color, clear appearance, which has a high consumption value in different industries. Liquid soda is a product of petrochemical industries and many productive and serving industries need this material. Salt is the raw material in production of liquid soda, which conforms to caustic soda flakes during a chemical process. Liquid soda is the best material for degreasing and bleaching so, it has a wide use in production of degreasers and bleaching liquids.

Applications of Liquid Soda
Liquid soda is applied in most of the industries but the most of its usage is in production of paper and cardboard. About one quarter of total sold liquid soda, is consumed in this industry. More than tens of millions tones of liquid soda is produced annually all over the world that is consumed by different industries and domestic uses. Liquid soda is used greatly in production of soaps, shampoos, detergents and cleaners.

Selling Exportable Liquid Soda
Liquid caustic soda flakes is packed in barrels with the volume of 220 liters and on pallets. It is ready to be delivered by FOB in each of the ports in the country to export. Analytical report and MSDS of caustic soda flakes is enclosed with exportable ones, which has the premium quality.
Liquid soda is the raw material in producing 98% of caustic soda flakes. Solid caustic soda flakes is produced by evaporating extra liquids from liquid soda and increasing purity of the product.
Transportation and Warehousing of Liquid Soda
Sodium hydroxide or liquid caustic soda flakes is a very active alkaline salt. In case of exposure to air, it has a high tendency to absorb humidity, which leads to decrease its purity. It is also an absorber of carbon dioxide, which gradually transforms liquid soda to a solid substance.
Liquid soda by the purity of 50% must be kept in a temperature between 15 to 55 ºc. Increasing the temperature of liquid caustic soda flakes to more than 55 ºc leads to corrosion of the reservoir walls.
